This state need-based program for undergraduate students who are Missouri residents is designed to:

• Provide a simplified financial aid process
• Provide predictable, portable awards
• Increase the number of schools to which Missouri students have access

To be considered for this award, you must be enrolled full time.

Eligibility is determined by the Expected Family Contribution (EFC) as calculated through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Applicants must meet the state of Missouri’s priority deadline.

The amount of the annual award varies each year based upon state appropriation to the fund.
